All Hearts, All Love

Welcome

Love doesn't make the world go round. Love is what makes the ride worthwhile.

Everyone is deserving of love and the rights that come with it. One of the biggest parts in a person's life is getting married, and for many people that is not an option. For years homosexuals have been denied the right to marriage by the government. In May 2004, homosexual couples wedded for the first time ever in the U.S. However, since the Defense of Marriage Act is still in place, those marriages aren't recognized by the federal government. This means that many couples lose thousands of dollars they could have gotten if they were a heterosexual couple from their tax returns. There's only one way this can be stopped: get involved. If you're financially able donate to any of the organizations on the Organizations page, that help support homosexual couples and fight for their rights. If not, then you might want to consider writing a letter to your senator or representative, encouraging them to help repeal the Defense of Marriage Act. Go to the Write a Letter page to get started. You may also want to check out some inspirational videos and interviews under the Documentaries/Interviews/Support Videos page. Thank you for visiting and good luck with your fight for equal rights!
